Environmental Sustainability Book

For my Senior Capstone Project, I wrote, designed, and illustrated a book teaching users an eco-friendly lifestyle for their homes. It was RISOGRAPH printed with the help of Clatterpress in Columbus Ohio. Through this project I learned important production techniques when it comes to sending files to print. 30 copies were created and sold through my instagram.

I chose RISOGRAPH printing because it is an environmentally friendly way to print, using soy based inks instead of petroleum based. If you aren't familiar with the process, it works like screen printing does, with colors printed separately and overlapping rather than mixing like CMYK printing.
